Concise, easy to read and easy to implement. Ron takes all the clutter out of the rest of the real estate investment gurus. Well worth the cost.

I purchased Ron's probate course and began to implement it exactly as Ron outlines in the course. It was simple, easy to do, and I was able to do it anytime of the day or night. My first deal netted $5000.00. That was some of the easiest money I ever made!

Ron's material is excellent and cost effective for the average person to afford. I am just beginning to use it. It appears to be an honest approach to buying property. Ron cares about the people using his materials. I look forward to his daily emails. He addresses issues all of us are coming across in our use of his material in buying these properties! I can not say enough good about buying this material! He rates 5 stars in my book at the least!

I am extremly satisfied with the content of Ron's book. I think Ron covers everything you need to get started with Probate investing. Since I recently purchased the course, I do have some questions that I would like to ask Ron. The one thing that has impressed me about Ron is that he is more than willing to answer your questions. Great book.

Excellent value for a little bit of money. Really everything you need to know about finding probate properties. Not a lot of fluff. Direct and easy to understand.

If you need to know more about the real estate financing side he also has a good (and fluffless) book in the same style.

Bought them both and now wish I could return the more expensive course i bought elsewhere....

I Got Started on his Free Advice, June 10, 2008

I have found that if sites on the net ask you to pay money first before you find out what product they are selling, they usually are a scam.

If they give away free advice and you can see that bit of information is real and valuable, the site is usually legit.

That's how I determine whether to bother going any further. This course did just that and with the course came resources I have been searching for for years.

And one more thing. When I got call from a live person after requesting further help...I was FLOORED. This course is (don't let him know this...) way under-priced.
Thank You for being honest Ron...and same to your Bride.

You can't debate Ron Mead's ability to get right to the point in his very open fifth grade level to probate success. His book is just long enough to spill the beans on his material, and just short enough to read in one sitting without losing interest. Hats off to Ron Mead!

I bought your book last year, along with [name removed by editors] material on Probates. I can say that your system DOES work as I have now contracted three homes using it...one is a rental and I made $5,000 and $7,300 respectively of the other two via assignments. Your book is pretty clear cut on what to do and to spend more than what you charge for your book is not necessary unless one just has a need to spend thousands to feel like there is more worth in going to boot camps, etc. But it is the same info and the process is no different, although there are plenty of folks who will be gracious enough to let you pay through the nose for it. Plays on people's insecurities as it seems to be human nature to feel that if you just pay the price of your book, it MUST be inferior to the info you receive in a boot camp costing thousands. People are taught, "if it seems too good...", but unfortunately they are actually living another saying, " there's a sucker born every minute".

Real estate 'education' runs rampant with folks who want to give you the secret to success for only (fill in any amount between $375 and $18000 here). You would be far better off taking that money and buying some property - you'll learn more and make more. Ron Mead is the opposite of most 'gurus' - a book with all you need to know for practically nothing. There are folks that dream about real estate, folks that pay thousands to be 'educated' to dream about real estate more, and there are folks that are actually making money - Ron is one of those, and has chosen to share it at an extremely friendly price. I can't recommend this heartily enough.

Many people try to sell you their probate courses for $1,000.00 and more. Don't do it. Get Ron's book; it's exactly what you need to learn about investing in probate real estate without the outrageous prices of those other courses. I really like Ron's down to earth and concise way of teaching exactly what needs to be done for success in probate real estate. I would recommend this to everyone.

I have a Masters Degree in Real Estate and 15+ years experience in commerical real estate. For all those just getting started as well as the old veterans, Ron's book will help you. No need to make it more complicated than it has to be. The only thing missing from Ron's book is your effort. If you follow his guideline and work at it you will be succesful.

I turned 70 on June 1, 2008 and have absolutely no real estate experience other than paying rent, Ron's books for less than $100.00 makes a lot sense(cents and dollars also). I have read both of Ron's books and have started building my probate real estate business. No, I haven't closed a deal yet but I believe I am laying a solid foundation for investing in probate real estate. The information in Ron's books have proven to be accurate and adaptable to my working in Georgia. I am very confident in what I am doing.

Hello. Matt here again.

Wanted to follow up in Probate RE and say this also on Ron's book due to character restrictions on the last review.

Having a chance to read it, it wasn't the thing that got me interested in probate, as I took another course which I'll review on here. But every piece I read I get an idea out of it. Adaptation was the one here. I had to tweak, learn and adapt a couple of things to fit my country and figure out how it was run.

This took me on a very part-time level about 10-12 weeks to figure out how I want to set up my system and pulling up backlogs of files (being I went down to the courthouse one, sometimes 2 days a week, and spent 2-3 hours/visit)...hey I do work still!

So, it can be done.

And again, out of all the probate courses available (which aren't many haha), start with Ron's if you're looking to go inexpensive and can't afford those higher-priced courses!

I enjoyed your e-book; it gave valuable information.I brought another probate course before yours, and I must say that yours is better. Straight to the point, at a fraction of the price, with more information. I could kick myself for not waiting. I liked your e-book so much that I brought, Flippin Fortunes.
Thanks. I'll be buying all your products from now on.

Ron Meads Probate Course, June 08, 2008

I have ordered and read Preston Ely's and Ron Mead's probate courses. Preston gives you information that takes you so far with a teaser and then lures you into spending more money with relentless emails. One email offered a personal day with him for $25,000. Or you can buy into a mentoring for $3,000 to $5,000 and he will take 50% of your profits for the first year.

Let's see - then there's Ron. You pay a one time fee of $50 or so. Maybe more. I would have to check my records. But - it is the same info as Preston's. I mean - handling probates are basically the same. It is how you get there. The marketing. Ron tells you how to dig up the leads, as well.

As far as extra charges, I did email Ron one day and said I may like a little one-on-one. He said no problem. I think he quoted me $200/hour. I think that's fair enough. Better than half my profits for the next twelve months.

Anyway, I am happy with the course. Ron is honest, available, and willing to help.

I purchased an electronic download of Ron's book while waiting
impatiently for another one to arrive that I had purchased from a
different author a week earlier for a much larger price. Two hours later I
had read the book completely and was ready to roll. Ron's book is short
and to the point. No fluff, no padding, no bull. I recommend it to anyone
desiring a quick, yet complete overview of the subject.

Ron Mead has taken the standard real estate training course and fashioned it for the "everyday investor". His "31 Days to Profits in Probate Real Estate" is the real "meat and potatoes" of the overhyped real estate investing world. The area of probate secrets and practical exercises is not too well known. Mr. Mead's writing is the cornerstone of the practical. It represents the role of the new investor and the process of the well skilled in one volume. I could not recommend any other publication for probate any higher than this one. I have over invested in other products, but with his Probate manual; I was rewarded with practical knowledge and clear value.

Sure, go ahead and spend THOUSANDS of dollars for 3 day bootcamp. Afterall, the more you pay, the better it is - right?
Puh-lease, feel like spending big money? Buy Ron's books and CDs and then send him (or me) some extra $$. Will that make you feel that it's worthwhile?
I "invested" in the 3 day course, but "quit" after the 1st day. After listening to their CDs (all 13 of them) compared to Ron's (1 or 2), the more you pay, the more "fluff" you get and the longer it takes to learn the basics of Probate Real Estate.

Ron's books are about as easy as can be for anyone to read.

Probate investing isn't hard by any stretch of the imagination...the concept of how to gather the information and contact the people in and of itself is a piece of cake. It just takes a little finagling in your local county and a few questions to figure out how things are run.

With that said, I've had the opportunity to go through several probate courses (at least the several that really exist, because unlike all the other RE subjects out there, probate isn't very hyped up or taught a lot, if at all!). Ron's book is the cheapest by far of any of these courses (which normally run a few hundred dollars plus), and it gives you the direction you need to start off on and work from there. ..just gathering information, asking questions, and like anything in RE finding the right people you can work with (and vice versa).

If you're thinking about Probate, start with Ron's book.

Ron
Hello thought that I would let you know how I was doing so far with the probate book that I purchased from you. I have enjoyed reading the two books plus listening to the three CD that came with it.
Well I have purchased five mobile home at a very low price at $500.00 ea. Clean and repairing floors having the wiring check out.
I have made $5000.00 each not bad for six months worth of work. Also have taken that money and purchased two probate home at $5000.00 ea. and sold them for a grand total $80, 0000 together for the market area here is at a low.
I have bought one and a half acres for $3,000 which the lady lives in NC and had it cleaned up put a mobile home on it and other thing spent about $8,000 sold that for $65,000. The way I found this was the title companies here in Marlin, Texas they where so nice in helping me getting this property.
Thanks for your books that showed me how to get started.

My husband and I have bought several courses on investing in real estate and have been very disappointed. We were about to give up when we saw yours and quite frankly we bought it because it was cheap and we didn't expect much. Boy, were we wrong. Ron, this the most straight forward and honest book we ever bought. We have already located one property and are ready to make an offer. It has been refreshing to find something that works.

P.S. Thanks for not trying to sell me a "$3995 seminar in Florida that we can buy for just $2995 if we act in the next 6 hours." We've had enough of those come-ons in other ads.
